Tour cancellation policy
It is always our pleasure to serve you and provide you with only the best that Jamaica has to offer. As a result, our services are in high demand. Please note our “No Call, No Show Policy” below:
If you are not present in the lobby for your pick up and have not contacted the driver (or any other affiliates of the company) about your delay, you are provided with a 15 minutes grace period. Once the 15 minutes have expired, your booking will be cancelled. Your booking is non refundable once you have exceeded your grace period. You may opt to reschedule your booking, however, this will be at an additional cost. This additional cost is determined based on the location of your hotel. Please feel free to contact us to gain further clarity on this policy.
For tours (private and small group), cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the tour date are eligible for a 100% refund or future travel credit. Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the tour date are eligible for a 50% refund. All sales are final within 24 hours of the tour date thus tickets and reservation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event that you would like a tour to be rescheduled, this will need to be made within 48 hours before the original scheduled tour date.
Important Notice
Please note if you are not staying in Montego Bay, you will be required to pay an additional fee for transportation. We do not do complimentary pick-up outside of Montego Bay. The following hotels are not in Montego Bay: Royalton Blue Waters, Royalton White Sands, Excellence Oyster Bay, Ocean Coral Spring, Bahia Principe Grand Jamaica, Grand Palladium, etc.
