Preparation:

• Upon arriving at the parasailing location, you’ll receive a safety briefing from trained instructors. They will explain the equipment, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• You’ll be fitted with a life jacket and a harness, which will attach you securely to the parasail.

Parasailing Flight:

• The experience begins with you and one or more companions being attached to the parasail, which is then connected to a tow rope linked to a speedboat.
• As the boat accelerates, the parasail fills with air and gently lifts you off the ground.
• You’ll gradually ascend to higher altitudes, enjoying breathtaking panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea, Montego Bay coastline, and surrounding landscapes.
• The sensation of floating in the air is serene and exhilarating, offering a unique perspective of Jamaica’s natural beauty.

Flight Duration:

• Parasailing flights typically last around 10 to 15 minutes, providing ample time to enjoy the scenery and the excitement of being airborne.

Solo or Tandem:

• Depending on your preference and the operator’s policies, you can choose to parasail solo or in tandem with a friend or family member.

Safety Measures:

• Safety is a top priority during parasailing. The equipment is regularly inspected, and operators follow strict safety protocols.
• It’s essential to listen to your instructor’s instructions and remain securely attached to the harness at all times.

What to Bring:

• Swimwear and a change of clothes.
• Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat for sun protection.
• Waterproof camera or smartphone if you wish to capture the experience.

Age and Weight Restrictions:

Tour cancellation policy

It is always our pleasure to serve you and provide you with only the best that Jamaica has to offer. As a result, our services are in high demand. Please note our “No Call, No Show Policy” below:

If you are not present in the lobby for your pick up and have not contacted the driver (or any other affiliates of the company) about your delay, you are provided with a 15 minutes grace period. Once the 15 minutes have expired, your booking will be cancelled. Your booking is non refundable once you have exceeded your grace period. You may opt to reschedule your booking, however, this will be at an additional cost. This additional cost is determined based on the location of your hotel. Please feel free to contact us to gain further clarity on this policy.

For tours (private and small group), cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the tour date are eligible for a 100% refund or future travel credit. Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the tour date are eligible for a 50% refund. All sales are final within 24 hours of the tour date thus tickets and reservation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event that you would like a tour to be rescheduled, this will need to be made within 48 hours before the original scheduled tour date.

Please note if you are not staying in Montego Bay, you will be required to pay an additional fee for transportation. We do not do complimentary pick-up outside of Montego Bay. The following hotels are not in Montego Bay: Royalton Blue Waters, Royalton White Sands, Excellence Oyster Bay, Ocean Coral Spring, Bahia Principe Grand Jamaica, Grand Palladium, etc.
