• Dunn’s River Falls is renowned for its stunning terraced waterfall, which flows over natural limestone formations. The falls cascade in a series of steps and pools, creating a mesmerizing sight.
• The lush, tropical surroundings add to the natural beauty, making it a perfect spot for photography and appreciation of Jamaica’s landscapes.

Guided Climb:

• One of the most popular activities at Dunn’s River Falls is the guided climb. You’ll join a group led by experienced guides who will take you on a thrilling adventure up the falls.
• During the climb, you’ll hold hands with other participants, forming a human chain as you ascend the terraces. The cool water from the falls provides a natural “jacuzzi” experience in some areas.

Swimming and Relaxation:

• There are natural pools and lagoons at the base of the falls where you can take a refreshing swim or simply relax in the crystal-clear waters.

Tour cancellation policy

If you are not present in the lobby for your pick up and have not contacted the driver (or any other affiliates of the company) about your delay, you are provided with a 15 minutes grace period. Once the 15 minutes have expired, your booking will be cancelled. Your booking is non refundable once you have exceeded your grace period. You may opt to reschedule your booking, however, this will be at an additional cost. This additional cost is determined based on the location of your hotel. Please feel free to contact us to gain further clarity on this policy.

For tours (private and small group), cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the tour date are eligible for a 100% refund or future travel credit. Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the tour date are eligible for a 50% refund. All sales are final within 24 hours of the tour date thus tickets and reservation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event that you would like a tour to be rescheduled, this will need to be made within 48 hours before the original scheduled tour date.

Please note if you are not staying in Montego Bay, you will be required to pay an additional fee for transportation. We do not do complimentary pick-up outside of Montego Bay. The following hotels are not in Montego Bay: Royalton Blue Waters, Royalton White Sands, Excellence Oyster Bay, Ocean Coral Spring, Bahia Principe Grand Jamaica, Grand Palladium, etc.
